Jake is our oldest and wisest southern gentleman. At 25, when most horses are ready for greener pastures, Jake continues to blaze new trails. From his wisdom he gives the riders strength, comfort, and confidence.
Our Horses
Lily, our precious mare, has been labeled the small rider specialists. Lilly was 9 months old when she came to Tackfully Teamed. She was essentially raised here, and for the most part, feels that she owns the place. Her good nature, easy temperament, and smooth gates make her wonderful for smaller riders.
Spook has done it all, making him our Renaissance horse, because there isn’t much in the equine world he hasn’t already conquered. At 19 years young he’s still got the game of a stallion but his age adds experience and sensitivity. Anyone who saddles up Spook is definitely in for scintillating ride.
Royal, our most experienced therapy horse, has been working with Tackfully Teamed for six years. Many of the rider’s refer to him as the “Franchise” because he has been here since the very beginning. Royal is kind and gentle but has a tendency to over eat. Royal can handle any skill of rider effortlessly and is known for his incredibly smooth gates. Royal enjoys long walks through the pastures, the occasional apple, and as much sweet-feed as he can have.
